Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Extra care for baby after birth

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cares for babies that are born prematurely or that are sick at birth and require extra medical and nurse care.

If your baby needs extra care after birth, our staff will support and help you to visit your baby as much as possible. Sometimes you are ready to go home before your baby, and this will mean that you will have to visit the hospital daily for feeding, cuddles and advice on caring for your new baby.
